Cadillac Fairview is one of North America’s biggest property developers and managers. The company relies on its quarterly newsletter, the CF Review, as a critical communication tool with its downtown Vancouver tenants and was in need of a fresh concept for the outdated publication. As a senior designer with Demo Graphic, I was involved in developing a new formatting approach – a compact design that folds out for easy and enjoyably reading. I also helped produce a professional and flexible layout, designed to accommodate a diverse collection of articles from one issue to the next.
